OUR HISTORY
My name is Lidia and I started Bedside Beauty & Wellness in 2011 after coming to the realisation that there was a real need in the community that simply wasn’t being met. Following numerous personal hospital admissions and periods confined to bed at home, as well as having a father living with the debilitating effects of Multiple Sclerosis, I was frustrated and disappointed by the lack of services available to assist with our basic personal care and grooming needs.
When I finally found someone, she was ill-equipped and lacked the experience to treat me in my environment, so it was far from the beneficial experience that it should have been. It was then that I decided to fill the void and create a mobile service with experienced, compassionate, specially trained and equipped staff to provide services tailored to suit one’s personal and health care needs. A wellness service that through assistance with self-care, personal grooming and massage therapy, promotes mental health and overall wellbeing.
