Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, downloading forms, and/or using Bedside Beauty & Wellness services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which you acknowledge that you have read and understood.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms on a regular basis to keep yourself informed of any changes.
We may discontinue or make changes to the content of this site and the network at any time. Any dated information included in this site is current at the date of publication only, and we will not have any obligation or responsibility to update or amend such information.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payments amounts are in Australian Dollars and payments are to be made in Australian Dollars.
Prices do not include the goods and services tax. GST will be applied at checkout.
An administration fee may apply for the processing and posting of vouchers and where urgent delivery is required an additional fee applies for express postage.
Where cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking, a 30% – 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Where a gift voucher booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance the full value of the voucher may be forfeited.
Depending on the availability of bookings expired vouchers may be able to be used up to 2 weeks past the expiry date at the discretion of Bedside Beauty & Wellness.
Vouchers are non-transferrable however in exceptional circumstances an exception may be made at the discretion of Bedside Beauty & Wellness. Gift Vouchers are strictly not transferrable for cash.
Travel and Surcharges
The cost of our services are inclusive of travel and no extra charges will be incurred for travel unless the service area is 25km or more from the Adelaide Central Business District in which case a surcharge will be applied and is dependent upon the distance.
Services booked after 6.30pm and on Sundays will also incur a surcharge dependant on the time and/or date booked.
Intellectual Property
Bedside Beauty & Wellness service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Bedside Beauty & Wellness are trademarks or registered trademarks of Bedside Beauty & Wellness Pty Ltd.
The material contained in this site, including our name, logos slogans, data, information, graphics, underlying software, are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws, are owned by us and our licensees and are available for your personal use only.
You agree that Bedside Beauty & Wellness products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Bedside Beauty & Wellness Pty Ltd and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright and trademark. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of Bedside Beauty & Wellness services in compliance with this Agreement.
No portion of the Bedside Beauty & Wellness site may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without the expressed written permission of Bedside Beauty & Wellness. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Bedside Beauty & Wellness site, products and services, and you shall not exploit the Bedside Beauty & Wellness brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Bedside Beauty & Wellness reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Bedside Beauty & Wellness content, or other materials comprising a part of Bedside Beauty & Wellness brand at any time without notice. In no event will Bedside Beauty & Wellness be liable for making these changes.
All copyrights in and to Bedside Beauty & Wellness (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other resources, and descriptions of those resources) are owned by Bedside Beauty & Wellness who reserves all their rights in law and equity.
THE USE OF ANY PART OF Bedside Beauty & Wellness except for the use of our services AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT.
